Appointment Cancellation
We request that you agree to give us the courtesy of 48 hours notice of any intention to change or cancel an appointment. The consultants’ times are heavily booked and other clients waiting on stand-by can be called if you cannot attend.
A cancellation fee will be charged if this courtesy is not extended. If one partner cannot attend, the other needs to still attend to avoid incurring this fee.
